Movie Journal - 2011

This year, to be more streamlined, I will include all of my movie-watching on one tidy list.  In previous years, I separated my get-up-and-get-dressed theater screenings from my lounging-on-my-couch-in-my-underwear DVD screenings.  Now, both will be included here (as well as obviously ones I watch on cable, on demand, Netflix streaming and anything else you can think of).  Like before, if I've already seen a movie and merely pop in a DVD while I'm doing laundry or something, that seems pointless and won't be included here.  Besides, it's embarassing to note how many times I watch The 40-Year-Old Virgin or Casablanca just because I'm bored and have nothing else to do.  But I will include a theater screening of a movie I've previously seen because it seems noteworthy (if to no one else but me) that I would do that.

Neato color-coded guide:
